(Added Nov 18/10) I don't believe the staff and experience I received at the Westshore TLC location could have been better.

Dr. Cuva, Kelly and Charles answered all of my questions, before I even had to ask. They are friendly, personable and professional. Sandra greeted me with my name and a smile every time I walked in the front door. Dr Sibley did an amazing job on my eyes. I have worn glasses / contacts since I was a toddler, so I literally have never been able to see so well! They all made an experience I was very apprehensive about, more comfortable than a regular eye appointment. I highly recommend TLC, especially the Westshore facility, to anybody looking for LASIK!
